Rachel Skaar
Rachel Skaar is a seasoned communications professional who has served in various roles on both campaigns and in the U.S. Senate — most recently serving as Deputy Communications Director for U.S. Senate Environment and Public Works Committee Chairman Tom Carper (D-Del.) during the 118th Congress. Before that, she served as Colorado U.S. Senator Michael Bennet’s (D-Colo.) Press Secretary, and on former Montana U.S. Senator Jon Tester’s (D-Mont.) successful 2018 reelection campaign.
In her free time, Rachel runs a small freelance portrait and event photography business.
Rachel is originally from Montana and holds a bachelor’s degree in government from Georgetown University.
